Project Overview
The client came to me feeling dissatisfied with their current website and branding. They needed a website that not only looked great on mobile but also reflected their evolving business focus. After our initial discovery sessions, it became clear that their site needed a shift in direction to better highlight their core offerings: Space Clearing and Private Sessions.
Redefining the Focus
Through our conversations, the client recognized the importance of having clear calls to action that would guide visitors toward booking services. This clarity became the foundation for the site’s new structure, with a focus on creating an intuitive user journey that emphasized their expertise in Space Clearing and IST sessions.
Custom Graphics & Print Design
To complement the website’s new direction, I designed a series of custom graphics tailored for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Additionally, I created a unique square business card for print, designed to leave a lasting impression during in-person interactions. These visual elements reinforced the brand’s identity both online and offline.
Results & Impact
The results were immediate and impactful. Upon launching the newly designed website, the client secured two new clients—one for an IST session and another for Space Clearing. This early success demonstrated the power of aligning the brand’s message with its visual and functional design.

Case Study #2 Embodied Resilience
A Brand Transformation for Trauma Therapy
Project Overview
This project came to me as a referral from a client in the same field. The client expressed a desire for a new logo and a more polished, professional website that was user-friendly and easy to navigate. More importantly, she was in the midst of a significant business transition—from working with individual clients to training professional therapists in her trauma-healing modality. Her new web presence needed to reflect her deep expertise, particularly in working with complex trauma.
Discovery & Brand Vision
During our envisioning process, two key elements emerged as central to her brand: her background in Zen meditation and the textures and colors of her Iranian heritage. These deeply personal aspects informed the new direction of her brand. She wanted the visual identity to embody both gentleness and strength, qualities essential to her work in trauma healing.
Design & Symbolism
To achieve this, we used imagery of water and stone, evoking a sense of groundedness and fluidity, along with custom brushstroke graphics throughout the site. These elements symbolized both the resilience and the transformative power inherent in the therapeutic process.
For the logo, we chose the image of a swan, a symbol of the human spirit that is both in the world and beyond it—a powerful metaphor for transformation and healing. The swan’s grace and strength captured the essence of her work with complex trauma, making it the perfect icon for her brand.
Results & Impact
The end result was a cohesive and professional web presence that not only reflected the client’s new direction but also elevated her brand as a leader in training trauma therapists. The new logo, custom graphics, and polished design gave her the foundation she needed to confidently step into this new phase of her business, resonating deeply with her audience.

Project Overview
When the client first approached me, they needed a book cover design, logo redesign, and custom graphics for their existing website. As we collaborated, it became clear that this project was about much more than design—it was about uncovering and expressing the essence of their brand.
Discovery & Brand Vision
Through in-depth sessions, we explored the core values and key elements the client wanted to convey in their book cover. After experimenting with several design directions, the lotus flower emerged as a central symbol of transformation—a perfect fit for the client’s brand and message. This iconic image became the cornerstone of the project, influencing not only the book cover but also the new logo and visual elements throughout the website.
Expanding the Project: A Website Evolution
As the project developed, the client’s needs evolved. She realized her business had shifted from serving mostly female clients to a more balanced mix of men and women. She asked me to create a style guide that reflected this change, ensuring the brand’s visual identity would appeal to both genders without feeling exclusive.
To get there, I guided the client through an envisioning process, where we uncovered the future direction of her work, including an exciting new focus on integrating spirituality with modern technology. This foresight inspired the design direction, allowing us to craft a visual narrative that would support her growth beyond the current book launch.
Crafting a Digital Experience
I designed custom banner images and curated a collection of imagery that aligned with the client’s brand and aspirations. These assets were initially meant for her publisher’s team to integrate into the site overhaul, but after seeing the cohesion and care put into the project, the client entrusted me with the website redesign as well.
Using the Enfold theme, I built a polished, user-friendly site that seamlessly incorporated the new logo, custom graphics, and the brand’s evolving story. We also created a lead magnet to capture newsletter sign-ups and guide site visitors toward action.
Results & Impact
The results were immediate. Within just 10 minutes of sending her first newsletter, the client had four new sign-ups. Within 48 hours, that number had doubled, showing the power of a well-executed brand and digital strategy.
By the end of the project, the client had not only a stunning new book cover and website but also a cohesive brand identity that reflected her values and future vision. The visual storytelling and strategic branding have set her up for continued success in her field, with room to grow into new ventures.
